Rhesus Monkey PBMCs contain lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. Typical composition includes 60-80% T cells (CD3+), 5-15% B cells (CD20+), 5-15% NK cells (CD56+), and 5-20% monocytes (CD14+). Exact percentages vary by individual donor and species.
Many anti-human antibodies cross-react with rhesus_mon cells due to epitope conservation. We recommend consulting cross-reactivity databases and validating antibodies empirically. Common cross-reactive markers include CD3, CD4, CD8, CD14, CD20, and CD56.
