Total RNA

Total RNA comprises all the RNA types. It includes the 3 main types. Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) found in the ribosomes, accounts for 80% of RNA present in the cell. The Messenger RNA (mRNA) accounts for just 5% in the cell. The Transfer RNA (tRNA) which is the smallest of the 3 types, possesses around 75-95 nucleotides.1 A wide range of research applications includes whole genome sequencing and microarray gene expression analysis.

Total RNA samples isolated from Tissue products, Blood, PBMC and Bone Marrow from different species are available for purchase for your pre-clinical and clinical research needs.
