PBMC Subsets
PBMC Subsets compose of two main types of mononuclear cells: lymphocytes and monocytes. Lymphocytes which comprise 70 – 90% of the overall PBMC population, have three key subtypes: T-cells, B-cells, and Natural Killer (NK) cells. Monocytes on the other hand make up about 10 – 20%.1 It can also differentiate into dendritic cells which are rare, accounting for only 1 – 2% of the overall mononuclear cell population.
Subsets isolated from high quality PBMCs of different species are available for purchase for your pre-clinical and clinical research needs.
